The Mindset of the Melancholy by Leah A. D. D'Ettore

"Do you know those types of people who are just plain happy? No matter what happens, they always go around with a smile on their face, smelling the roses and petting the small dogs that life throws at them. John Doe is not one of those types of people. He is of the melancholy variety, the type that goes about bemoaning the roses and small dogs, who lives only because there seems to be nothing better to do, and to whom misfortunes just seem to be attracted. But when he goes off to Typical State College, his views begin to lighten up a bit through the help of his friends, his enemies, and things even more depressed than he is."
And that is just what's written on the back! It's fun, it's funny, it's short. It's a new look at undergraduate life, from the point of view of my brilliant sixteen year-old sister! See the work of a mind formed in Wodehouse, Waugh and Douglas Adams let loose on a period of life impending for her and still going for some of us. And it's cheaper to buy it from the publisher (publishamerica) than from amazon.
So, what have your little siblings accomplished?

We are all brothers and sisters in Christ!
HA!
My yet-become authoress sister Anna has repudiated you, Sean.
Sorry.
I don't mind taking on Brigid and Brian. They're rather awesome too. Though apparently Christ decided to put me in greater proximity to awesomeness than some of my brothers and sisters in him.

My little bro Tom can count. Take that.
Thom, can you count?
I can count my chicks before they hatch. *rolls eyes*

Tom and Thom can count! Hmm. That does give them an advantage over Sean and me.
Domenicus,
Congratulations to Anna! I'm intrigued and now quite intent on reading her book at my nearest possible convenince.
And to meet the challenge, my siblings starred in the primier of a full length musical for a private audience just this summer. Perhaps we should join forces and your sister can write the script for our next musical?
Quite the challenge to my sister's writings skills. Leah is the writing sister. Anna simply repudiates Sean.
I saw Matt's family's performance. It was awesome.
