So there's a plan in Russia to increase the birthrate (finally) via "Family Contact" Day, or "Conception Day" as it's informally called. The day is exactly 9 months before Constitution Day, on June 12th. Here's the full article:

Kudos to the Russians for finally waking up to their population crisis, but how funny is this? Based on the type of generally desired activity during this forthcoming auspicious day, one can only imagine the euphemisms that will immediately arise to describe it.
